My previous research focused on social determinants of health as related to migration and immigration experiences for different demographic groups in western societies. With training in public and population health (MSc, UBC) and life sciences (BSc, University of Toronto), I bring a health equity perspective to migration research. With research experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, I am interested in expanding research into areas of digitalization, health informatics as applied to health equity research on migration and immigration, especially with ageing immigrant/migrant populations in western societies.
