Migration research and program expertise – Gender and migration; Migration and health; Labor migration (mainly women and girls in low-wage labor); Irregular migration; Evidence-informed policymaking in migration; and Evidence dissemination and advocacy. Project management and implementation skills – Experienced with relevant skillsets in project management including the implementation of programs, leading embedded implementation research, monitoring and evaluation, impact/program evaluation, and final evidence synthesis relevant for scale-up and integration decision making. Previously engaged in dissemination of implementation lessons to key gov’t statehooders, implementation partners, and community members through workshops, policy briefs, and policy reports. Research and methodological expertise – qualitative research, mixed methods research, evidence synthesis, implementation science, policy analysis, SLOT/SWOT analysis, process/impact evaluation, and Key policy and program stakeholders’ engagement. Skilled in data analysis and management tools including R, NVivo, SPSS, ODK, SurveyCTO, EndoNote, Revman, and Microsoft Office Suite. Developed grant winning proposals; produced publications in high IF peer reviewed journals; and delivered in local capacity building trainings.
